A department of petroleum services has been formed in ASAS company ,as the company thinks ,Yemen has better future prospects , in the field of oil and gas . presently Yemen in producing 450.000 (four hundred and fifty thousand barrels) a day of oil . the scope is going wider and wider compare to the neighboring countries with its distinctive geographical location .

ASAS company is of the opinion that there is deficiency in expedition and exploring of oil in Yemen from the specialized multinational companies in the respect of exploration of oil, whereas the oil production multinational companies are increasing , well when the oil demand on international level is more from china and India in addition o united state of America . in view of it we ASAS company limited have contacted the multinational companies specially in china and Indonesia with visit to these specialized companies where we offer them to invest in Yemen ,specially where the Yemeni laws of investments are very attractive ,providing great opportunities and facilities in this respect . our good luck that some of these companies are taking interest to inter this sector , but some worries and reservations too are there about investing in Yemen , it’s a fact that they have no sufficient information . however ,we work as it’s national duty towards our country and try our best to satisfy these companies .

In fact we visited ,for example stubic company of china and petrochina we were the first Yemeni company ,who are visiting these companies .we however did not insist them to enter with us as partners ,as we were representing Yemen and tried with them to enter directly with ministry of oil and minerals .

Consequently ,tow of them have entered in the tender for oil fields and stubic of china has the good luck to obtain but petrochina got nothing .

We assure the multinational companies of oil to enter directly without mediator we are ready to serve any company that  wants our cooperation , facilitating her in completing the official procedures and providing her the necessary information to ease her jobs .we have able advisors and sufficient exports so as the authentic information ,through witch the foreign companies can easily acquire tenders ,for example there are some international companies who came to Yemen and entered in the tenders ,but bad luck to them ,they failed to get it .because of lack in authentic information while submitting there quotation to ministry of oil and minerals .
